Join Your Endeavor Lab College Colleagues for the first of four collaborative conversations designed to help employees and students in higher education understand how to use Nature and place as an agent of healing and regulation through the Nature Rx programming. This program uses an evidence based approach to empower students, faculty, and staff to use Nature as a way to tackle our growing mental health needs on our campuses and beyond. The Nature Rx program can be used in conjunction with our more traditional approaches to mental health and aims at providing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured programs to build a community of care that uses Nature as a gateway to positive mental health outcomes.
